Mental health refers to behavioural, psychological and social wellbeing. It is a state of a person that enables to cope with the stresses of life and helps to realise their abilities and learn well and work well. Mental health is important in every stage of life from childhood to adulthood. A bad mental health can affect your daily tasks, relationships and physical health. Stress, depression and anxiety can affect your mental health and disturb you throughout your day. Mental health affects how you think how you feel and how you react in any situation. If your mental health is good you can easily handle any kind of stress, depression and anxiety.

About 450 million to 470 million people suffer from mental disorders. According to WHO, In the coming years depression will constitute the 2nd largest disease burden worldwide. Global burden of mental health disorder will be beyond the treatment capacity of the Nations. So, mental health is more important nowadays. It affect in every area of your life. The importance of good mental health shown in every situation of your lives like you perform any task, you thinking about something or before you say any word. Physical health and mental health is closely related. Due to increase in number of depression cases the cases of heart and vascular disease are also increases because depression leads to heart diseases. Bad mental health also leads to social problems like unemployment, poverty, broken families social crimes (murders, clashes between groups of people or between 2 people). Doctor says that bad mental health also leads to diminished of immune functioning. So, it is necessary to focus on your mental health.

3) Physique: Slim and weak person tend to be affected by disassociate, mental stress or individual mental illness.
4) Psychological Reasons: Stress in mutual relationship, sudden death of any beloved, financial loss, bad marriage, divorce, failure in love etc. can affects your mental health.
5) Infections: If any injury occur in your brain and then it leads to any kind of infection, can causes heavy damage to your brain and later can develop in any disorder or any mental health issue.
