By keeping control over mind and having a healthy body, an individual can feel happiness and peace in life. In a way, yoga is considered to diminish pain and sorrow. 

There are many advantages of yoga. Practising yoga is said to come with many physical and psychological wellness benefits.

Yoga improve your heart health and reduce the risk factors for various heart diseases. Regular yoga practice can lower the pulse rate, BMI and cholesterol levels.
Various types of pranayam like kapal bhati, ujjayi etc helps to improve the efficiency of heart. 
It makes your heart muscle strong and improve the working efficiency of your heart and also prevent you from various diseases.
